Phone replacement policy:

 

Under our Client Care Package, it is our policy to replace at no charge, any phone that fails due to normal wear and tear or due to accidental damage. If you have a phone that does not work, please reach out to us by telephone, chat or ticket and we will do our best to walk you through some steps that will help us decide whether your phone is truly defective and needs to be replaced. NOT covered under our replacement policy are phones that have been deliberately abused or phones that are in fact working properly. A phone can fail to operate for many reasons that have nothing to do with the phone itself. These include but are not limited to: • The phone is not plugged in properly. • The phone is not receiving power. • You have the phone set to Do Not Disturb. • The coiled cord to the handset is damaged. • Your Internet is down or the phone is plugged into a jack with no Internet. Before we send you a brand new phone at no charge, we need to determine if the problem truly is the phone and not something else. Once we have determined that you do need a replacement phone, we will ship one out or deliver it in person as soon as possible. One condition for receiving a replacement phone at no charge is that we must receive the defective phone back. This is necessary so that we can contact the manufacturer to replace our inventory. Whether or not the manufacturer replaces our inventory, you will not have to pay for the replacement. If we are delivering your replacement in person, we will need to take the defective phone back. If we are delivering a phone by UPS or USPS, we require you to back the defective phone in the same box in which the new one arrived and ship it back to us at your expense. If we have decided that we need to ship or deliver a new phone as a replacement, an invoice for the new phone will be generated. Once we receive the defective phone back, and determine that the phone was not damaged through abuse, the invoice will be voided. If for any reason, we do not receive the defective phone back, we will charge you for the new phone.
