Well it has been a very busy first half of the year! Between finalizing the new company (in the works since early 2022) and bringing Link Business Communications into full compliance with the the new FCC regulations on Stir/Shaken anti robocall protocols (more on that later), not to mention servicing clients across 15 states, it’s been a little crazy. With all that going on it’s easy to forget some basics, like extending a Welcome and Thanks to some new clients.

So…Welcome and Thanks to The City of Southside Alabama! We were first invited to bid on the telecommunications services for The City of Southside in the Fall of 2022 and completed their transition from Spectrum and Verizon in mid December. I was happy to be able to free up the time to travel down there to meet the folks in the city government as the transition took place and I’ve got to say, nicer people are hard to come by. Special thanks to Mayor Dana Snyder, Fire Chief Wade Buckner and Police Chief Blake Ragsdale for your help and Southern Hospitality! Southside is located in the North East portion of the state and sits beside the scenic Coosa river.
